No. We print more papers than ever — almost 14,000 each week — and the stands are often empty when we deliver each week.
We also see our contest entries increasing.
We get a massive amount of feedback from our readers that suggests young people love Coffee News. Newspapers are going digital because news is more current online — but the restaurant business is booming and Coffee News is as popular as ever.
Anytime. As often as you like.
The longer an ad runs, the better it works. We don’t want you to waste your money on a short term strategy that will not be effective.
We’ve seen a lot of ads take root and grow over time — and we want you to win.
No. All of our ads are exclusive. When you snag your business category in your area, you lock out your competition.
Each week, we hide a little man in one of the ads. To enter the contest, all you need to do is find the little man and enter here. You can also mail your entry to Coffee News, P.O. Box 4505, Salisbury, NC 28145. The information you provide is for our use only. Contest winners are chosen by random drawing and announced each month in Coffee News.
This contest is good for our advertisers because the little man is pretty little — and it encourages our readers to look through all of the ads.
Our current rate is $37 per week.
New issues are distributed weekly to restaurants, delis, coffeehouses, etc. Its purpose is to provide POSITIVE, ENJOYABLE reading to those waiting for their meals (seen by a high number of readers 3 meals a day!) or during any other wait they may have at a business. With Coffee News, there is no BAD news – only trivia, fun facts, local events, and other fun things that draw attention (like the chance to win cash each month).
If you have an ad that’s camera ready, great.
But our ad space is unique, and you probably don’t.
We will will work with you to develop a marketing message. And we can design your ad.
We charge a small fee for this, and you get free, unlimited changes.
We can also make social media posts and videos for you, and this is included.
No. As a courtesy to all our restaurant and eateries distributors in the coverage areas, we offer the protection that no business in the restaurant industry will be allowed to advertise in Coffee News. No restaurant would welcome their competitor’s efforts to take away their customers right inside their own premises, so they would naturally kick them out — and Coffee News too.
You cannot subscribe to the print edition of Coffee News. It is a free publication distributed primarily at restaurants or any other place where you might have some time to read while waiting.
You can get a taste of Coffee News in your email.
